Radical Partners is excited to be investing in Miami’s nonprofit leaders and staff as the Miami Open for Business Nonprofit Technical Assistant provider for the next year and a half (June 2023-October 2024).
In addition to our core programs, we offer tailored workshops, free community professional development opportunities, and individualized coaching to help leaders and organizations increase their impact.

A jam-packed multi-session virtual retreat where organizational leaders bring together members of their board and leadership team to engage together in a structured strategic planning process.
Our flagship program that seeks to scale the impact and sustainability of local leaders working to address our region’s most pressing issues.
A tailored leadership development program to ensure all youth in Miami have access to the power of music. We led a $1,000,000 collective impact fellowship to mobilize leaders toward that common goal. This program has grown into the Miami Music Access initiative, incubated at The Miami Foundation.
