Young Musicians Unite (2022)
By facilitating professional development sessions, we enhanced leadership and collaboration among key team members, empowering them to innovate and expand high-quality music education across Miami-Dade County.
Through a series of strategic workshops and personalized coaching sessions, we collaborated with CIC Miami's leadership to develop a strategic plan, positioning the organization for sustainable growth and increased community impact.
WE DID THE WORK TOGETHER
GET Champions (2022-2024)
In partnership with GET Cities, we customized and localized the GET Champions program for Miami, training three cohorts of tech leaders to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion for women, trans, and nonbinary employees within their organizations, thereby strengthening the local tech ecosystem.
RISE Organizational Strengthening (2024)
Collaborating with Community Wealth Partners, we designed a scalable method to assist Dallas-based organizations in formulating robust strategic plans, enhancing their capacity to drive social impact within their communities.
WE CONVENED
Miami Connected (2021-2022)
Alongside The Miami Foundation and Achieve Miami, we established a community of practice, uniting organizations to increase digital access for under-resourced communities in Miami, fostering digital equity and inclusion.
Arts Access Miami (2023-2024)
Partnering with The Miami Foundation, we played a strategic role in ensuring ongoing collaboration among arts organizations, curating agendas for retreats, and hosting workshops and training sessions to strengthen leadership within the initiative.
